Erminio studied traditional furniture making, sculpture, drawing, graphic arts, metal working and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the State University of NY at SUNY Purchase. He worked in New York City upon graduation, for a jewlery designer, creating wooden jewlery and in 1984 started his own business concentrating on custom furniture and cabinetry. | We work with Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors. For a design fee, we also can work directly with home owners to create concepts of finished custom pieces, incorporating function, style, materials, cost and schedule. We provide preliminary computer drawings with enough detail to develop an accurate written proposal and price quotation. Today, our woodworking capabilities are enhanced by our CNC router. This machine takes our computer-drawn parts and develops perfectly matching tool paths for a router to cut accurate templates and furniture parts. As a custom shop, we are proficient in a wide variety of finishing techniques. This includes simple oiled finishes, distressed, faux, lacquers, metal, and painted.
